The District of Columbia Home Health Association is a business league bringing together licensed providers of Home Health Care Services dedicated to improving the Quality and Standards of Home Health Care in the District of Columbia.

Purpose of DCHHA

• Promoting the effectiveness of care at home as a vital component of the health care delivery system through enhanced In-Service Trainings and intensive but simplified continuous learning for all Home Care Aides working with the members of the Association.
• Providing a unified voice to speak in all matters of common concern to providers, such as in areas of reimbursement, regulation, legislation etc.
• Providing leadership and education to assist members of the Association, the administration and the legislature to achieve the highest level of statutory compliance and maintaining of high quality care.
• Enhancing communication between providers and administrative authorities through the Association by using members’ effective communication network.
